Enjoy the Gala. Support Ronald McDonald House

I don't have children of my own, but I imagine a parent's worst nightmare is seeing their child in pain or sick in the hospital. How much more difficult it must be to have your child in the hospital far from home, having the added stress of a hotel stay and paying bills.

That's where Roald McDonald House comes in.

On March 26, at 5 PM, the doors will open at Mohegan Sun Hotel and Convention Center for this year's -- the 30th Annual -- Gourmet Gala. When you purchase a ticket for this year's Gourmet Gala, you'll be treated to the finest cuisine NEPA's restaurants and caterers can offer, revolving around the theme "Springtime in Paris." More than that, though, the money raised goes toward Ronald McDonald House Charities.

RMHC provide a place to stay for families who have sick children in hospitals far from home. Families can focus on supporting the sick child, without having to worry about meals or cleaning. This is provided at little or no cost to the families.
